Payout Methods

Bitcoin (BTC)

$50 - $25,000

fee: FREE

Bitcoin payouts must be submitted through the Cashier online and may require verification via email or phone using the details on file. The confirmation email sent must be replied to within 48 hours, otherwise, the payout will be rejected.

The minimum payout amount that may be requested through the online cashier is $50, while the maximum amount depends on whether you are a Crypto Exclusive customer.

Crypto Exclusive customers may request up to $25,000 per transaction daily until a maximum of $100,000 per week is reached.

Customers who have not exclusively deposited with Cryptocurrencies, or have not deposited with those methods at all, are eligible for one Bitcoin payout every 7 days for up to $10,000. Payouts via Bitcoin have been made available to all customers to convert our clients into Crypto Exclusive depositors. Customers who continue to request Bitcoin payouts and then deposit using methods other than Crypto may be subject to the removal of this payout method or restricted to Crypto deposits only.

The average of the current Bid and Ask prices from coinmarketcap.com or other bitcoin exchange services will be used for all currency conversions with USD at the time the payout is processed. Management reserves the right to change the BTC conversion websites used at any time without prior notice.

Payouts may be requested at any time, however, funds will not be deducted from your account until the payout is processed.


Wire Transfers

$1,000 - $9,500

fee: 4% of the payout amount

The minimum Wire Transfer payout amount is $1,000. The maximum amount is $9,500. Wire Transfer payouts take 4-6 business days. Contact Customer Service to confirm your eligibility for this payout method.

Wire Transfer payouts are processed Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET. Wire Transfer payments cannot be used as a first time payout method.

To process a Wire Transfer payout, you need to email your completed Wire Transfer request form to [email protected]. Certain banks, all Credit Unions and all Federal Banks are not allowed. Contact Customer Service to receive detailed instructions.

Wire Transfer payouts have a fee of 4% of the requested amount. Keep in mind that your bank may charge you $5 to $45 to receive a wire transfer. Any fee charged by your bank for receiving the wire will not be covered.

Payouts may be requested at any time, however, funds will not be deducted from your account until the payout is processed. Customers may request one (1) Bank Wire payout every seven (7) days. For more information contact Customer Service.


Checks

$1000 - $3000

fee: 4% of the payout amount

Login to your account, go to the Cashier page and click payout. Once there, click on the check icon and fill in the information required in the following page.

IMPORTANT: Most checks are sent from foreign banks. Please confirm with your bank if a foreign bank check will be accepted.

A check will be sent within 48 hours after your request has been submitted if entered before 1pm Eastern Time Monday through Thursday. Checks have a flat fee of 4% of the payout amount regardless of the type of check.

Traditional Checks: The minimum amount for a traditional check is $1,000 and the maximum is $3,000.

Package tracking numbers are not disclosed by the processor.

You can request a maximum of one check every 7 days. Please check with Customer Service for availability.

Returned packages due to delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or inability to locate the recipient will incur a stop payment fee of $250. This would make you ineligible to receive checks in the future.

Please note we are unable to send check payouts to Washington State. Also, we cannot send check payouts to PO. Boxes.

Customers receive checks by express delivery in approximately 7 business days after the date the payout is processed.

Checks should be deposited through a bank teller or bank machine teller, as soon as received. We cannot be held responsible for any check deposited after 2 weeks have passed from the issuing date.

Internal policies of some banks could cause delays in the clearing process. This varies from bank to bank. We will not be held responsible for delays/complications imposed by your bank.

In order to receive a refund of a check payout, the original check must be sent via express courier to us. Credits will not be issued until the check is in our possession. Express courier charges or any other fees incurred will not be covered.

IMPORTANT: Check payouts sent by express courier are issued to the name and address registered ONLY. Errors in addresses are the customer's responsibility and we will not be held responsible for delays or missing packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Please make sure to confirm the accuracy of the account's address with Customer Service BEFORE a payout is processed; this will help ensure the correct delivery of the package sent to you.


ACH Transfers

$100 - $4,000

fee: 4% of the payout amount

The minimum ACH payout amount is $100. The maximum amount is $4,000. Once the payout is processed on our end, funds typically reach your account within 2 to 6 business days. However, unforeseen delays from the bank, payment processor, or financial institution may extend this timeframe. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

ACH Payouts have a flat fee of 4% of the payout amount.

Customers may request up to two (2) ACH payouts per week (after confirming the receipt of the previous one).

ACH (Automated Clearing House) withdrawals are processed to a bank account, either Personal Checking or Personal Savings associated with your name. Payouts are processed Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET.

No Credit Union nor Federal Banks are supported. Customers from the State of New York are not eligible for this payment method. IMPORTANT: Third-party accounts are not accepted.
